All printed coir doormats are hand printed with UV resistant dyes on 100% brushed coir with a lead-free PVC backing. Natural fibers made of coconut shell husks are known as “coir”.

Coir mats are best used in a sheltered entry and should not be allowed to sit in standing water for an extended period of time otherwise the fibers will prematurely decompose. While the doormats are printed with dyes containing a UV protectant, they will eventually fade over time as the natural coir fiber begins to decompose. Coir, being a natural fiber, will have color variations within the doormat.

When you first receive your mats give them a heavy shake outside to dislodge any loose fibers that may still be on the mat from production. An occasional shake outside or vacuum is all that is needed to maintain your mat

Orders ship from our Springfield, Illinois warehouse using Ground Freight or LTL services from carriers like USPS, FedEx and UPS.  Consequently, we can only ship to locations within the continental United States.

Orders placed by 12 pm ET are processed and shipped out the same business day.  Orders placed after 12 pm ET are processed and shipped out the next business day. Shipments arrive within 1 to 6 business days, depending on distance to travel and carrier routes.

Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays.

Shipping Charges: Our shipping and handling charges simply cover a portion of our costs.  Given that they are based on location and order size, they are visible, if applicable, on the cart page.

Taxes: We're required to collect and remit state taxes for deliveries to Illinois and Washington.  You are responsible for any other locales.

Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@larrytraverso.com or 800.426.6394 immediately for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and further instructions. We ship all replacement orders back to you for FREE in appreciation of your business with us.

Purchases may be returned with a $6.50 restocking fee for any other reason within 20 days of receipt of merchandise by completing the following steps:

1. Contact Customer Service at customerservice@larrytraverso.com or 800.426.6394 to initiate your return. Please have your Order ID (starts with LT) available.  You can find this on the confirmation email you received..
2. Please return the merchandise at your expense in its original packaging and in saleable condition.
